Samsung Galaxy S21 FE grabs February 2023 security update, One UI 5.1 just around the corner
Samsung is rolling out a new update with February 2023 update for Galaxy S21 FE smartphone users. The update installs the latest Android patch to enhance system security and stability.
According to the security patch detail, the February 2023 security patch brings fixes for 5 Critical and 43 High levels of CVEs, while no Moderate level of CVE has been fixed. The update improves some apps and services including the Phone app, Contacts, Fingerprint scanner, Window Manager Service, Secure folder, and more.

February 2023 update for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE smartphone comes with One UI build version G990EXXS3DWAA and an installation package size of 215.78 MB. Notably, the update is currently rolling out in Brazil and the company will soon make it available in more regions.

To check this update, open the Settings app on your smartphone then press on Software Updates and click on Download and install option. Now, follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest update.
One UI 5.1
Aside from this, Samsung unveiled the newest version of its custom skin One UI – One UI 5.1 with Samsung Galaxy S23 series smartphones. The company will expand soon this major update to more Galaxy devices including Galaxy S21 FE.
One UI 5.1 update brings a bundle of new features including a new effects option for the Camera, Expert RAW easy access, a common family album option for the Gallery, Battery widget, Modes and routines options, enhanced connectivity features, Bixby Text Call English support, and more.
