One UI 5.1 will be showcased at Samsung Unpacked next month, while various Galaxy devices are ready to receive the update. Over One UI 5, the forthcoming One UI 5.1 update may bring more useful features as well as optimization to the system.

CheckFirm, which detects under-development firmware on Samsung servers spotted possible One UI 5.1 update for different new and older Galaxy phones. Since the testing is in internal stage, there will not be any kind of Beta or early access availability of the One UI 5.1.

The Galaxy S23 series with One UI 5.1 is launching on February 1st, and we guess, the rollout of this new software may begin within a month after the launch of new flagships. In March 2023, all Galaxy flagships upgraded with Android 13 may receive the new One UI 5.1 update.

Every year, Samsung debuts the x.1 software iteration based on the Android operating system. In the second half, the company would bring One UI 5.1.1 version with the next generation foldable smartphones. However, the x.1.1 update won’t be available for a wide range of Galaxy devices.

As compared to One UI 5.1.1, One UI 5.1 will be available for different Samsung smartphone and tablet lineups such as the Galaxy S, Z, Note and A. Naturally, some new features might not lose Galaxy S23 exclusivity, but, we expect new photography focussed additions.
