Judging from the version, it has been revealed that the build was developed and verified in February 2023. It brings fixes for over 50 CVEs and a handful of SVEs for enhanced system security.
How to update:
Your Galaxy Note 9 may have received the February 2023 firmware update, if you are living in Europe. In case you are unable to find out the latest release, you should wait some time as the company will hopefully expand the availability to more countries including the US.
