How to record Portrait mode videos:

Using Portrait Video Mode with your Samsung phone’s camera is very easy. You only need to open the ‘Camera’, visit the ‘More’ section, and tap on the ‘Portrait Video’ option on the page’s bottom.

Next, click on the circle in the bottom right of the viewfinder. There are four options to choose from, and each can be altered using the slider. These options include:

  • Blur: It will blur the background around the subject that you’re filming.
  • Big circle: It creates a focused circle around your subject while severely blurring the background.
  • Colorpoint: It changes the sharpness of the colors directly around your subject, so everything else becomes black and white.

Choose one according to your preferences and finally start recording the video by tapping the ‘Shutter button’.
