Google Play reveals key specs of Samsung Galaxy A54
Samsung is yet to launch the Galaxy A54 5G, while an early Google Play Console listing reveals its key specs. Earlier renders leak indicated that the upcoming mid-range phone would look a lot similar to the Galaxy S23 flagship, and the Google listing gives it a confirmation.
According to the info (via MySmartPrice), Samsung Galaxy A54 5G is listed on Google Play Console with key specs and a press image. On the platform, the device is spotted in Awesome Graphite color, while, there will be more awesome shades.
On the front, the Galaxy A54 5G appears to feature a punch-hole cutout display with thick bezels. With thicker bezels and chin, the company seems to be differentiating its mid-range and flagship smartphones. Yet, the software support of the A54 5G is likely to be the same as the S23 lineup.
Key Specs
The document reveals that the Galaxy A54 5G bears model number SM-A546E, which could also be SM-A546B in certain regions. It uses an AMOLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution measuring 1080 x 2340 pixels with 450 DPI pixel density.
Moreover, the Galaxy A54 runs Android 13-based One UI 5.1 out of the box and is powered by a Samsung s5e8835 processor, which is the codename of Exynos 1380. The chip features four ARM Cortex A78 cores with 2.4GHz clock speed and four A55 cores clocked at 2GHz as well as five Mali G68 GPU with 950Mhz clock speed

Samsung Galaxy A54 5G is expected to come with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. For smoother scrolling, the device will have a 120Hz refresh rate, and for selfies, there will be a 32MP image sensor, similar to its predecessor.
The company has reportedly ditched the fourth and unnecessary depth-sensing camera from its mid-rangers. Resulting in, the A54 5G bringing a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 5MP macro camera.
Other specifications could include a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. For dust and water resistance, it will have an IP67 rating, whereas the Galaxy S23 series has an IP68 rating. The company has not yet disclosed the launch timeline, but it’s rumored for March 30.
