Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 One UI 5.1 update now available in Korea

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+, and Tab S8 Ultra have started collecting the big One UI 5.1 update in their home country. The latest update brings a handful of cool new features to take the Galaxy experience to next level.

Additionally, the company has installed numerous improvements to enhance the One UI 5.0 features and give them a fresh touch. On the flip side, the Galaxy Tab S8 One UI 5.1 update also carries the February 2023 Android security patch for system security and stability improvements.

What’s new:

Obviously, the One UI 5.1 update is not as big as the One UI 5.0 that arrived a few months back, still, there is a lot to talk about. The latest update majorly improved the Camera, Gallery, Samsung Dex, Widgets section, Multitasking, and other features.

As per the information, the One UI 5.1 Gallery app is getting a common family album to make easy share, more powerful searches, a convenient information display, and improves handling.

For the Camera, the company makes it easier to change the color tone of selfies through the Effects button on the side of the screen. Whereas, the widgets section is getting new widgets, such as a Battery Widget and a Dynamic Weather widget.

On the other side, the Bixby Text Call features are now available in the English language, and Samsung DeX offers easier multitasking throughout your tablet’s large screen, the Routines are getting more activities, Samsung Internet now supports ‘Continue using app on other device’ feature, and more.
