As per the tipster chunvn888’s tweet, the Samsung Galaxy Fold5 smartphone features a 50 MP camera similar to its predecessor Galaxy Z Fold4. This means that the company will not bring major camera changes with the next foldable. However, the 50 MP camera is also used on the Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S22 Plus smartphones.

Furthermore, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 will also use the same 12-megapixel camera but an upgraded version. However, it is not clear what changes or upgrades will be there but it is speculated that it will be larger than the 1/1.76″ unit on its predecessor.

Meaning that we will be getting just refined versions of the last year’s Samsung foldable phones in 2023. Other than this, the tipster has not revealed anything about key specs such as the processor and camera.
