How to check battery health of your Galaxy Watch via Samsung Members app (Self-diagnose)
Samsung has recently updated the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 lineups with January 2023 version. In addition to the latest patch, the Galaxy Watch firmware included two new features including the phone’s camera zoom control and self-diagnose via Samsung Members.
First, make sure your Galaxy Watch 4 or Watch 5 is running the latest firmware version and apps including Samsung Members and Galaxy Wearable are also updated to the most up-to-date version. Once done, you will be able to diagnose the Galaxy Watch through the Samsung Members app.

If your Galaxy wearable is connected to the Galaxy phone, you will be able to access the self-diagnosis feature. On the latest release, the Connected Device Diagnosis menu has been added inside the Help tab at the bottom of the Samsung Members app.

As soon as you access the new menu, the Galaxy Watch (or Buds) connected to your phone will be displayed, allowing you to begin the diagnosis process. For the first time, the diagnostic software will be installed for the device and you can proceed ahead post-installation.
There are plenty of self-diagnose options available for Galaxy Watch users including battery status, device restart status, official software, check for updates, sensor, WiFi, location accuracy, touchscreen, mic, button, speaker, vibration, wireless charging, wear detection and alarm.
You can check the operation test by clicking on the list one by one. Some functions make sounds for testing or require permission, which can be authorized through the Watch. If you look at the list of diagnostics you have completed, they will all show up as normal diagnostics.
Using the self-diagnosis feature, you can identify the cause of the problem happening on your device as soon as it emerges. For your information, there are 6 options available for the self-diagnosis of the Galaxy Buds 2 in the Members application.
